Bhava style of teaching yoga is original in nature so creativity, color, music and presentation are emphasized through the course. Yoga is a practice of awareness: body, breath and mind the vehicles through which one finds peace and connects with spirit. She creates an atmosphere in class where students feel snug in their own range of movement. She teaches Dr Chopra's Primordial Sound Meditation at Bhava in a weekend course during the year, and it is her immense joy to give participants their personal meditation mantra during the course. The development of confidence and self esteem is encouraged. Bhava classes are relevant for all levels of experience. Creative Dance is a unique form of movement and dance. Relevant for adults of all ages we explore dance and movement with inspiring music, covering many genres from classical to World. Bhava offers dance classes especially for children. Classes are a magical way for children to thrive confidence and artistic and spatial awareness. Yoga and relaxation are also an essential piece of children’s classes at Bhava, further nurturing the entire child within this wonderfully original atmosphere.
