With 15 years’ experience in childcare as a family, this center is our most exciting by far and we would love to welcome your family to our Koala family. They also participate in professional development workshops throughout the year, which ensures that they are providing an up to date service to your family. Families provide children with the relationships, the opportunities and the experiences that shape their learning and development. We would like to welcome your family to Koala Childcare and Kindergartens, privately owned centers that produce concern and education for children from 0 to 6 years of age. For all other programs, the service will employ competent staff who hold a qualification that is warranted under the Education and Protection Services Regulations 2010. These hats will be kept in the children's rooms and you will take them home when the child ceases protection at the service. The person who is likely to pay child concern fees in respect of the child, was notified when the kid first occupied the kid protection deposit that the service followed this policy, and The service gives that person at minimum 14 days notice of the requirement for the child to depart the child care service. Where a service has no empty places and is providing kid concern for a kid who is a Priority 3 below the Priority of Access Guidelines, the service may require that child to depart the kid concern service in order for the service to bear a deposit for a higher priority child, but only if: Ongoing communication between parent guardians, center staff and the staff of the other services involved with the family will be needed to ensure that these needs are met. Delight discuss your families individual needs with the staff team caring for your child. Four weeks’ notice will be provided earlier to any fee increase. Each child is given 2 weeks of holidays per year at half rate of the gap fee, which is payable before to the holiday to grasp your child's place. Parentguardians receive their kid to the appropriate room and must ensure that a staff member is made aware of their arrival. An attendance record will be in each of the children's rooms. Delight discuss any concerns or requests with the staff members caring for your child. We are glad for parents to attend the service at any time during the day and hope you enjoy seeing your kid participate in the program. If you have any concerns about the health and well being of your child while they are attending the service, delight speak with the staff team caring for your child. All correspondence will be provided using the parent pockets in your child’s room. There are some circumstances in which a kid who is already in a kid protection service may be required to leave the service. An interview time will be arranged for the parent guardians to discuss the individual needs of their child and to go through the enrollment form to ensure it has been fully completed. If a suited staff member is absent from the service due to illness or an unforeseen emergency, a replacement person will be sought from the relief staffing pool.
